One address, read by a person. Corrections to a calculator go to the front of the queue.
Write to info.calculatorcastle@gmail.com. Calculator Castle is a small operation, so replies usually take a couple of days rather than minutes.
What to include
A calculator gives a wrong answer
The most useful message we get. Send the calculator name, the exact values you entered, the figure it gave and the figure you expected. If you have a source that disagrees with us, include it. These are read first and fixed fast.
Your account or your data
Ask for a copy of what your account holds, ask for a correction, or ask for the account and its saved calculations to be deleted. Write from the address the account uses so we know it is you.
Using a widget on your site
The embeddable calculators are free and need no permission. Get in touch if you want one for a calculator that does not have a widget yet, or if a snippet will not run on your platform.
Press, licensing and everything else
Questions about the site, the methods behind a calculator, or using our material somewhere else all go to the same address.
Before you write
A few questions come up often enough to have answers already. Every calculator page has an article below it explaining the formula and its limits, which usually covers the "why is this number different from that other site" question. The disclaimer covers what these results are and are not, and the privacy policy covers what is stored, which is very little.
We cannot give financial, medical or legal advice, and we cannot tell you what to do in your own situation. What we can do is explain exactly how a calculator reached its number, and fix it if the answer is wrong.
